WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. 99-103 -6- <br /> SEBASTIANI VINEYARDS, INC. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> A. Discharge Prohibitions: <br /> 1. Discharge of wastes to surface waters or surface water drainage courses is prohibited. <br /> 2. Bypass or overflow of untreated or partially treated waste is prohibited. <br /> 3. Discharge of waste classified as `hazardous,' as defined in Section 20164 of Title 27, CCR, is <br /> prohibited. <br /> 4. Overflow of untreated or partially treated wastewater from the AIPS is prohibited. <br /> 5. Discharge of treated water at a location or in a manner different from that described in Findings <br /> Nos. 4, and 12 through 18 is prohibited. <br /> B. Discharge Specifications: <br /> 1. The monthly average dry weather discharge flow shall not exceed 650,000 gpd. <br /> 2. The discharge from the AIPS shall be to the constructed wetlands (with final discharge to the <br /> storage lake) at all times. <br /> 3. Objectionable odors originating at this facility shall not be perceivable beyond the limits of the <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal areas. <br /> 4. As a means of discerning compliance with Discharge Specification No. 3, the dissolved oxygen <br /> content in the upper zone (1 foot) of the AIPS shall not be less than 1.0 mg/l. , <br /> 5. The effluent from the constructed wetland treatment facility to the storage lake shall not exceed <br /> the following limits: - <br /> Monthly Daily <br /> Constituent Units Average Maximum <br /> BODS mg/l 40 80 <br /> TDS mg/1 1000 1700' <br /> Nitrate mg/1 10 45 <br /> Sulfate mg/1 250 500 <br /> 1 Concentration in groundwater at TRV West facility during facility construction. <br /> 6.
