WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS ORDER NO. 99-103 -9- <br /> SEBASTIANI VINEYARDS, INC. <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Upon installation of the monitoring wells and completion of sampling and analysis of the initial <br /> samples, a report of the field activities and analytical sample results shall be submitted. This <br /> report shall contain the chain-of-custody forms and laboratory analytical sheets. <br /> The Discharger shall submit to the Board on or before each compliance report due date, a <br /> report detailing compliance or noncompliance with the specific schedule date and task. If <br /> noncompliance is being reported, the reasons for such noncompliance shall be stated, plus an <br /> estimate of the date when the Discharger will be in compliance. The Discharger shall notify <br /> the Board by letter when it returns to compliance with the time schedule. <br /> 8. A copy of this Order shall be kept at the discharge facility for reference by operating personnel. <br /> Key operating personnel shall be familiar with its contents. <br /> 9. The Board will review this Order periodically and will revise requirements when necessary. <br /> I, GARY M.
