II Kooyman Properly
F Page 3 of 10
Our Project Number: E07197B
November 26,2007
Fil 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History
See section 3.1, Table 1, for septic permit details.
0 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History
See section 3.1, Table 1, for septic permit details.
F! 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity
FFIn an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office
reviewed a 2007 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Google EarthT'". We
counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that
each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method, we determined that there are a
minimum of 12 septic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site.
'I a
The general area consists of grape vineyards intermixed with agricultural dwelling units.
F11 3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity
Our office found a total of eight septic system permits for the vicinity of the Site during file
review at EHD on November 27, 2007. Copies of these permits can be found in Appendix D, at
the back of this report.
' The septic systems in the area appear to utilize standard leach lines.
M
3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity
Five of the eight permits found for within the vicinity of the site were septic system repair
{ permits. Copies of these permits can be found in Appendix D, at the back of this report.
F1All of the repair permits were for the additions of leach lines.
F! 3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage
The parcel to the north, which is 36.8 acres in size, is the designated remainder. Maximum
expected usage on parcel one (3.2 acres) would be for a primary residence and second dwelling
F
unit. Septic system design should be based on the On-Site Wastewater Disposal Standards or other engineering recommendations.
P
F1
F-i
902 Industrial Way•Lodi,CA 95240.209.367,3701 •Fax 209.369.4228 02007 Neil O.Anderson&Associates,Inc
