Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A_qualified envfonmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past <br /> of current land rises. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous <br /> materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as <br /> feel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report shall be submitted to <br /> the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative map (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> A review fee of:$244 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department,has received a. report dated March 22, 2011 and it has <br /> been approved. <br /> B. A soil suitability,study shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The study must be approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department prior to the recordation of Parcel Map. (San Joaquin County <br /> Cevelopment.Title; Section 9-1105.2 (d)). A review fee of$244 must be paid at tirne of <br /> submittal to the .Environmental Health'Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to,,approval.. A percolationtest that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice q .,E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel.. A permit fee of$122 per percolation hole is required. <br />
