- <br /> l ' 1..0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of 170 +/-total acres located at 6540& 6454 W. <br /> Turner Road, Lodi, CA 95242. The subject parcel number is 025-110-04, 09. The project is in <br /> an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> 4 +� 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to create four parcels, and a <br /> "Designated Remainder." In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, this <br /> Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report(SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This go <br /> i <br /> report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment contamination based on <br /> field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. (This SSCR includes no <br /> chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and APN 3) <br /> page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> r' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of <br /> information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the current owner, Chester <br /> Murphy of Foothill Resources Partners, LLC. Chester Murphy has owned subject property since <br /> 2010. Mr. Murphy purchased the property in 2010. <br /> Presently, the majority of the property is seasonal agricultural land with a small portion being a <br /> vineyard. There also are three homesites and an operating dairy. The surrounding properties to <br /> the north, south,west, and east are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> kk <br /> ! 1 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were records <br /> researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on February 3, 2011 <br /> 4 (see Appendix for results). Also, an onsite survey performed in November, 2010 by Mike Toy <br /> and Brook Handel of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on January 3, 2011, by Joe 1� <br /> Murphy of Dillon&Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject <br /> ' parcel (see Appendix). A search for U.S.T.IL.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and <br /> yielded no findings.
