RESTRICTED MATERIALS PERMIT#39-13-3904556 Page 10 of 15 <br /> VAN EXEL FARMS Expires: 12/31/2013 <br /> GROUNDWATER PROTECTION PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> _ These conditions apply to pesticides labeled for agricultural, outdoor industrial, or outdoor institutional use that contain <br /> chemicals listed in 3CCR section 6800(a):ATRAZINE, SIMAZINE, BROMACIL,DIURON (except products with less than 7% <br /> diuron applied to foliage), PROMETON, BENTAZON,AND NORFLURAZON. INCORPORATED. <br /> Within 48 hours after the day a 3CCR section 6800(a) pesticide is applied, the property operator shall incorporate the <br /> pesticide on at least 90 percent of the area treated using a disc, harrow rotary tiller, or other mechanical method, or by <br /> sprinkler or low flow irrigation, including chemigation if allowed by the label using a minimum of 1/4 inch of irrigation water and <br /> a maximum of either one inch or the maximum amount of irrigation water specified on the label, <br /> at application rates that do not cause surface water runoff from the treated property or to wells on the treated property. This <br /> incorporation does not apply to the area treated immediately adjacent to the crop row for a distance not to exceed 33 percent <br /> _ of the distance between crop rows. <br /> GWP-R5 Runoff water held onsite <br />
