The NCRF project site consists of <br /> .134 acres and the DeWitt Nelson project site consists of 70 acres_ Both <br /> sites are state-owned properties in unincorporated San Joaquin County, <br /> immediately southeast of the Stockton city limits (see Exhibit 1). <br /> The sites are less than two miles east of State Route 99 (SR 99), which <br /> provides regional p g I access to the sites. Arch Road provides direct access <br /> to the NCRF site, and the DeWitt Nelson site is currently accessed via <br /> Newcastle Road. The NCRF site was formerly used as a correctional <br /> officer training academy and, prior to that, a women's detention facility, <br /> the Northern California Women's n s Facili .
