A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall <br /> be submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable <br /> for septic system usage. The studies must be submitted to the Environmental Health <br /> Department at the time of application for zone reclassification (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(4)). A review fee of $625 must be paid at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $125 per percolation hole <br /> is required. <br /> Note: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has no further conditions to impose at this time; <br /> however, future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the <br /> provisions of water and sewage. <br />
