Eseotto; (209) 468-3443 �� [ <br /> Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> RE: PA-1300122 (ZR), SU0009968 <br /> 6652 W Turner Road, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study submitted to the Environmental Health Department on <br /> February 19, 2014, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage is pending <br /> approval, The study must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to the <br /> final approval of the Zone Reclassification. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1105.2 (d)). A review fee of $250 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of $125 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Future development will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the provisions of water <br /> and sewage. <br />
