CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-03-190 <br /> i <br /> Stoyanoff <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-03-190 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> i <br /> Community Development Department on June 6, 2003,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on December 5, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of I <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to <br /> 'i P be � <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land,Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land i <br /> I Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) i <br /> i <br /> NOTE: Any non-agricultural development other than expansion of existing residential structures <br /> shall require a Site Approval application for a private right-of-way.
