CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> t <br /> E LA-95-57 <br /> r Ramirez <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-95-57 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on January 16, 1996, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line-Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on July 17, 1997, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> f ` <br /> b. The new legal description must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps <br /> or gaps. <br /> { <br /> ` 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. Install a cement surface seal around the well casing to sufficiently protect the <br /> well casing and the integrity of the well grout. (Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) <br /> b.
