This was the date of the last the subject property. It is noted that there was no testing for methane gas, radon sulfide gas, radioactivity or any other adverse constituent. The purpose of this report was to exclusively inform the Client and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and under the subject property as of the date of this report. This report is not a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, and therefore not to be used by a prospective purchaser of the subject property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use of Mr. Noceti and the EHD. Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any environmental hazards. Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no way assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns and the Client has agreed to limit the all-encompassing liability to Chesney Consulting, to the cost of this report. No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The subject property (surface and subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented free from any and all environmental hazards. The possibility always exists for contaminants to be placed, or migrate through the soil, surface water, groundwater, or air at any point in time.
