CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In summary, the soil conditions near the percolation tests appear to be suitable.
Satisfactory soil percolation rates of 4.4 minutes per inch (Parcel 1), less than 4.2
minutes per inch (Parcel 2), and less than 3.8 minutes per inch (Parcel 3) were
observed. No new construction is proposed. With a satisfactory test, the area 100 feet
in radius from the test location could be used to construct a septic system drain field.
The depth of ground water based on recent aquifer levels is approximately 60 to 65 feet
below the ground surface. The ground-water flow direction is to the northwest at a rate
of approximately eight to 10 feet per mile.
Power was not available to the on-site irrigation water we ; no well water sample for
nitrate and DBCP was collected.
We believe the Site suitable for development with the use of standard septic systems
designed according to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's On-
Site Wastewater Disposal Standards.
 J
LOGE 1110 Page 7
