Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic <br /> tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is <br /> required for each parcel. A permit fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by <br /> a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 3. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required on Parcel #2 at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 4. Submit improvement plans designed by a registered engineer to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review. Plans for the development shall include the well locations, building <br /> locations, and all subsurface sewage disposal areas on Parcel #2. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
