Appeals must be filed with <br /> this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of <br /> $275. 00. The 10-day appeal period ends at 4 : 30 p.m. on December 7, <br /> 1996. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal <br /> period will expire on the next regular business day at 4 : 30 p.m. <br /> EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions <br /> of Approval within the next 36 months (by December 7, 1999) .
