BUILDING PEERMIIT: Submit an"APPLICATION-COMMERCIAL BUILDING PERMIT'. The Site <br /> Plan required as a part of the building permit must be prepared by a registered civil engineer or <br /> licensed architect. This Plan must show drainage, driveway access details including gates, on-site <br /> parking, landscaping, signs, existing and proposed utility services, and grading (refer to the"SITE <br /> PLAN CHECK LIST'for details). A fee is required for the Site Plan review. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-884), <br /> b. APPROVED,USE: This approval is for a poultry farm to be built in five phases over a five year <br /> period, one phase per year as shown on the site plan dated February 9, 2007. Phase 1 includes the <br /> construction bf two(2)27,950 square foot henhouses;a 43,000 square foot partially enclosed covered <br /> manure storage area between the henhouses, and a 5,240 square foot packing room for the eggs. <br /> Phase 2 consists of the construction of a 27,950 square foot henhouse, Phase 3 consists of the <br /> expansion ofahe packing room to 26, 331 square feet to accommodate egg packing and processing <br /> operations, and a 27,950 square foot henhouse, Phase 4 and 5 consists of the construction of a <br /> 27,950 squaf.e foot henhouse per phase. Each henhouse will contain'a maximum of 75,000 chickens <br /> in a cage free environment. The maximum number of chickens shall be 450,000 atfinal build-out. The <br /> project will operate from 6:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m., 7 days a week. The manure storage area is sized to <br /> accommodate a maximum of 6 months of manure from the 6 henhouses. Every 6 months,the manure <br /> will be sold and distributed as fertilizers to farmers. (Use Type: Animal Raising—Small Animals) <br /> c. PROPERTY-MERGER: Prior to the issuance of a building permit for the project,APN 191-070-16, <br /> 191-070-17,,and 191-070-18 shall be merged.' <br /> d. CAPITAL FACILITY FEE: This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee. If the Capital <br /> Facility Fee is applicable, the County shall collect the fees before the issuance of any building <br /> permits. (Development Title Section 9-12452) <br /> e. BUSINES LICENSE. The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to the <br /> initiation of the use. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> f. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations <br /> prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included.
