n. BUILDING CODE REQUIREMENTS: The following Uniform Building Code and <br /> San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Building Inspection <br /> Division: <br /> (1) Proximity•to Property Liner An exterior wall constructed.,less than 24 feet <br /> from the property line shall be of 1 hour non-combustible fire-resistive <br /> construction. Openings will not be permitted less than a'feet and protected <br /> less than 10 feet. <br /> (2) Parking: The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> (a) Provide parking for the physically disabled.
