SAN JCeIQUIN FARM BUREAU FEDERATION
MEETING TODAY'S CHALLENGES/PLANNING FDR T,?*AoIN
iv2oolaN 4 '
Dn1
November'16, 2005
Ms. Kathy Allen
San Joaquin County
Community Development Department
1810 E. Hazleton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Sent via Fax to(209,) 468-3163
RE: PA-0500729
Dear Ms. Allen,
The San Joaquin Farm Bureau supports this application as a permitted use in the
Agricultural Zone.
Due to the concerns of our members in the area, we would like to propose that certain
points are addressed in the application process. The areas of concern are the high water
table in the area; the potential for seepage and flooding during high rainfall years; and
drainage and run-off storage. We would like to ensure that the neighboring landowners are
held blameless in the event of an accidental discharge.
Please keep us informed of any further actions and any information that may be provided
by stag concerning this matter.
Sincerely,
Tom Orvis
Program Director
P.Q.
