Other.requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> tank usage. This must`be performed prior to issuance of buildingpermit(s) (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and-inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San'Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). <br /> C. Construct water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 <br /> days per year, or the number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a <br /> public water system will be required by the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> D. Applicant shall make notification to the Environmental Health Department to conduct a <br /> poultry farm and make application for Notification Tier Permit within 60 days of operation. <br /> A fee of$372.00 shall be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> NOTE: Notification Tier Permit does not allow composting of dead chickens. <br />
