The project will consist of 5 phases over 5 <br /> years. Phase 1 consists of the construction of two 27,950 square foot henhuses, a covered 43,000 square foot chicken <br /> manure storage area between the two henhouses, and a 5,240 square foot packing room for the eggs. ..Phase 2 to be� <br /> c mpleted within 2 years from the date of approval, consists of the construction of a 27,950 square foot henhouse, 'Phase 3' <br /> to-be completed within 3.yeaes from the date of approval;consists of the expansion of the packing room to 26,331 square feet <br /> (to accommodate egg packing-and processing operations, and the construction of a 27,950 square foot henhouse Phase 4 to <br /> !be completed within 4 years from the date of approval;consists of the construction of a 27,950 square foot henhouse. Phase <br /> 5 to be completed within 5 years from the date of approval consists of the construction of a 27,950 square foot henhouse. <br /> Each henhouse will house a maximum of 75,000 chickens.,:The project will employ 13 individuals andwill operate from 6:003 <br /> a.m, to'4:00 p.m..7'days a week.iThe project will include truck traffic consisting of 28 incoming feed trucks and 17 outgoing <br /> egg trucks per week. The manure storage area is sized to accommodate a maximum of six months of manure from the six <br /> henhouses. Every six months, the manure will be sold and distributed as fertilizer to farmers. The Property is zoned AG-80 <br /> (General Agriculture, 80-acre minimum)and the General Plan designation is AIG (General Agriculture). <br /> REVISED PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of W. Undine Road, 4,300 feet west of S. <br /> Roberts Road, north of Lathrop. (APN/Address: 191-070-16; 4000 W. Undine Road, Stockton) (Supervisorial District 3) <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than February 10; 2009. Comments or recommendations received after that <br /> date will not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. <br /> NOTE TO SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this project.
