March 22, 2004 <br /> NOA Project Number: LE03-392 <br /> Page 2 <br /> 1.2 Zoning Information <br /> According to San Joaquin Community Development Department, the Site is zoned as for 2010 as <br /> AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum), and the General Plan Designation is A/G <br /> (General Agriculture) (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us/commdev, 2004). <br /> 1.3 Proposed Development <br /> The project involves a minor subdivision to create Parcel 1 of 2.00 acres. The Designated <br /> Remaniner will be 7.77 acres. Quartaroli & Associates of Manteca, has created the tentative <br /> parcel map for the project. A copy of their map, indicating the percolation tests, is shown as <br /> F1 Plate 1 in this report. <br /> 2.0 PRESENT USES OF THE SITE <br /> 2.1 Site Use <br /> According to the tentative parcel map,the designated remainder parcel contains a residence, <br /> garage, septic system, and domestic water well (see Plate 1) .
