MS-96-28 AND SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-96-69 OF BROCCHINI ET AL (C/O MOYER CONSULTING) ----------------------------------------------------------------- This project consists of two parts. The first is a Minor Subdivision Application with a vesting tentative map to subdivide 75. 1 acres to create a 24 . 4 acre parcel (parcel 1) and a 50 . 7 acre parcel (parcel 2) . The second part is a Site Approval Application for a 3600 square foot almond huller building and a 4, 000 square foot concrete pad for hull storage to be located on parcel 1. The site is located on the east side of Union Road, 1200 feet south of Peach Avenue, south of Manteca. The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and has the following comments: Minor Subdivision Application No. ^C was approved by the Community Development Department on ^C. The effective date of approval is ^C. This tentative map approval will expire on ^C, which is three (3) years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this application.
