MS-96-28 AND SITE <br /> APPROVAL APPLICATION NO. SA-96-69 OF BROCCHINI ET AL <br /> (C/O MOYER CONSULTING) <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This project consists of two parts. The first is a Minor <br /> Subdivision Application with a vesting tentative map to subdivide <br /> 75. 1 acres to create a 24 . 4 acre parcel (parcel 1) and a 50 . 7 <br /> acre parcel (parcel 2) . The second part is a Site Approval <br /> Application for a 3600 square foot almond huller building and a <br /> 4, 000 square foot concrete pad for hull storage to be located on <br /> parcel 1. <br /> The site is located on the east side of Union Road, 1200 feet <br /> south of Peach Avenue, south of Manteca. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> has the following comments: <br /> Minor Subdivision Application No. ^C was approved by the <br /> Community Development Department on ^C. The effective date of <br /> approval is ^C. This tentative map approval will expire on ^C, <br /> which is three (3) years from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and <br /> (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to approval of <br /> the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number <br /> have been identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application.
