The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the abandonment of service and the removal -of irrigation structures for those parcels which will not continue to receive irrigation water. 2 . If irrigation service is to continue to the newly created parcels the owner shall conform to the following requirements : a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all parcels which do not have access to water and show said easement on map. If the easement cannot be dedicated with the map a note may be placed on the map adjacent to the proposed easement stating that "a minimum 20 foot wide private irrigation easement shall be conveyed across said parcel at the time of conveyance or transfer to new owners . Pipeline is to be installed at the expense of the recipient of the water.
