CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-98-40 <br /> Konecny <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-98-40 was a <br /> uin Co <br /> Community Development Department on July 24, 1998,which s the roved ffective date of the San Joaapproval my <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval <br /> of a Notice of Lot RR <br /> Lute Adjustment. <br /> nt. <br /> This pproval will expire on January 23, 2000, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Suryeyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Staff Contact: Jim Van Buren,468-2374) <br /> a. A "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through <br /> deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall-be submitted to I <br /> the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development <br /> Department. The legal descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Staff Contact: Richard Hieb, 368-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is <br /> required. The new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for <br /> review. (Development Title Section 9-872,4) <br /> b.
