Vallejo Court, French Camp <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Nitrates prior to occupancy <br /> or final approval. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by the State approved laboratory <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7) <br /> B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> NOTE: <br /> There are two 100' leach lines for existing sewage disposal system. According to the <br /> proposed project, there will be up to 30 employees on site; therefore, an equivalent of 214 <br /> feet of leach lines addition is required by the San Joaquin County On Site Wastewater <br /> Disposal Standards. <br /> C. Prior to occupancy or final approval, application shall demonstrate the proper disposal of <br /> waste from oil-sand separator by submitting the hazardous waste manifest. If the waste from <br /> oil-sand separator is determined to be non-hazardous, application should submit the analysis <br /> result from state approved laboratory in accordance of Hazardous Waste law and regulation. <br /> D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> revised site plans (listed on Condition A) at the time of development to meet the proposed <br /> use.
