Phase I includes a 25,060 square foot <br /> multipurpose building with a seating capacity of 800 people. Phase 11 (building permits to be issued in <br /> seven years) includes a 48,376 square foot church with a seating capacity of 2,000 people. Phase III <br /> (building permits to be issued in fifteen years) includes two school buildings, each totaling 31,200 square <br /> feet, a 1,200 square foot multipurpose support building and two church support buildings, 17,588 square <br /> feet and 8,421 square feet. (Use Type Religious Assembly- Regional). <br /> Phase I will be serviced by a septic system, on-site well, and retention basin. Phase II and III will be <br /> served by public sewer services from the City of Tracy.
