b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> c. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> NOTE: <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will <br /> be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> d. The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> e. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The Environmental <br /> Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> f. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County Office <br /> of Emergency Services. <br /> g. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD.The applicant must also obtain an EPA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (Contact Staff: Kimberly Juarez, [209]235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. Per requirements of the <br /> SJMSCP, unmapped projects are subject to case-by-case review. This can be a 90-day process <br /> and it is recommended that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possible. Please <br /> contact SJMSCP staff regarding completing the following steps to satisfy SJMSCP requirements: <br /> 1) Schedule a SJMSCP Biologist to perform a pre-construction survey prior to any ground <br /> disturbance. <br /> 2) Sign and return Incidental Take Minimization Measures to SJMSCP staff(given to the project <br /> applicant after the pre-construction survey is completed). <br /> 3) Pay the appropriate fee based on SJMSCP findings. <br /> 4) Receive the Certificate of Payment to release the required permit. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - PA-1100229 <br />
