ATTACHMENT B <br /> The attached spreadsheet shows that tlae average number of services per year over the last <br /> five years was 201,or 17 per month. Actual counts�vcre made of services and cars that <br /> attended services over September and October 2011. September was a low month, and <br /> October was right at the average. As noted,the average customer trips per day for <br /> services was 9 in October 2011,all at oft-peak times. This is believed to be very <br /> representative of ongoing operations. <br /> In addition to the services,there is an average of one customer trip per service to meet <br /> with administrative staff and there is an average of 3-5 customers per day visiting <br /> gravesites. All of these trips occur during;the normal business hours of 8:00 am--4:30 <br /> pm. <br /> The employee trips noted on the application are what TPCD is currently experiencing in <br /> the operation and maintenance of a 20 acre facility. It will be many years before the new <br /> site will see these employee levels. It is anticipated there will be 1.5 employees when the <br /> first phase opens,and an addition of another 1.5 employees when the office mo-Yes to the <br /> new site, and a gradual increase in employees as later phases are built. <br />
