Jennifer Jolley,Assistant Planner and Jim Hamilton, Roland Construction, Inc., were present for <br /> this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Darrow informed the applicant that there will need to be two (2) exits in the building. Mr. <br /> Darrow also informed the applicant that because ammonia will be used he will need to bring in <br /> ammonia drawings as soon as possible. <br /> Mr. Borges indicated that Environmental Health Division had no conditions for this application. <br /> Mr.Neely informed the applicant of the Traffic Impact Mitigation Fees. Mr. Neely suggest that <br /> Mr. Hamilton contact Caltrans regarding the left turn lane. Mr.Neely also mentioned that Solid <br /> Waste will need a Waste Plan. <br /> Mr. Martin asked Ms. Jolley to contact Caltrans to clarify the tum lane. <br /> Mr. Martin suggested to the applicant that he contact the Linden-Peters Fire District to find out <br /> what they will need regarding their conditions. <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 10:00 a.m. 3. Mr. Alva asked <br /> what the Noise Study impacts were referring to on the school itself or neighbors. Mr. Fisher said <br /> that the Noise Impact Study was for the inside the school. <br /> Mr. Fisher said that there were five oak trees on the property, and that the Development Title has <br /> an ordinance regarding oak trees.
