Mr. Alva asked <br /> what the Noise Study impacts were referring to on the school itself or neighbors. Mr. Fisher said <br /> that the Noise Impact Study was for the inside the school. <br /> Mr. Fisher said that there were five oak trees on the property, and that the Development Title has <br /> an ordinance regarding oak trees.
