Due <br /> to this classification and percolation rates, a standard septic system would be recommended on <br /> Parcels 1, 4, 5, and 7. The other parcels will need deep percolation tests performed. <br /> 6.8 Discussion of Percolation Rates in Relation to the Type, Size and Location of future <br /> leach fields at the site: Based on the results of the percolation rates and the soils profile, it is <br /> Dillon&Murphy's opinion that the subject proposed parcels 1, 4, 5, and 7 are suited for a typical <br /> on-site sewage disposal system. These systems should be properly designed and installed <br /> according to the current San Joaquin County criteria for standard septic systems. Deep <br /> percolation tests need to be performed before offering an opinion on the three parcels. <br /> LBased on the depth to groundwater in the area, and the size of the proposed parcels, it is our <br /> opinion that the installation of any new proposed septic system, if properly installed, should not <br /> adversely affect the quality of groundwater in the area. <br /> L 7.0 CONCLUSION SECTION <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the proposed <br /> ` development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the time <br /> we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test <br /> L holes and percolation tests results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general <br /> area. <br /> L Our services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in accordance <br /> with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
