Page# : 5 <br /> MURPHY RANCH Permit# : 39-02-3903311 <br /> CONDITION - P <br /> General <br /> In addition to all applicable laws , regulations , label restrictions and other <br /> more restrictive conditions of this permit , THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO <br /> APPLICATIONS COVERED BY THIS PERMIT. <br /> 1 . Maximum wind velocities for applications of Restricted Materials unless <br /> otherwise covered by the label, law, regulation, other permit conditions <br /> or environmental conditions at the application site are : <br /> a. Spray - 12 m.p. h. <br /> b. Dust - o m.p.h. <br /> e . Pellets , granular or baits - 16 m.p. h. <br /> 2 . No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the <br /> likelihood of contaminating any persons , nontarget crops , animals or <br /> other public or private property. <br /> 3 . Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit NO DUST FORMULATIONS <br /> are allowed. <br /> 4 . Apply pesticides covered by SLN( s ) and Section 13( s ) in conformance with <br /> the SLN(s ) and Section 18( s ) . <br /> S . A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications of <br /> zinc phosphide bait. <br />
