The fee is due; <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is $665.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square feet of building designated as Manufacturing in the Manteca area. <br /> The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as,published by the Engineering News Record. A credit may b`e <br /> allowed if it can be verified that the existing development on this site was in operation on <br /> or after April 23, 1990. (Resolution 00-433) <br /> ilii a' <br /> b. The Environmental HealthDepartment requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study to _ <br /> indicate that the area is suitable for septic tank usage, including animal waste. This must <br /> be performed prior to the',issuance of building perrriits or final occupancy approval <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2[d]). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review i <br /> fee of$445.00 must be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> Department. 16 <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of <br /> I <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or the EPA Design Manual for on-site <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal systems is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of$89.00 per percolation hole is required. . !1 <br /> b. The number of poultry animals per acre shall not exceed an amount that would preclude <br /> good waste management practices. The applicant is to contact the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB) regarding filing a Waste !' ! <br /> Management Report to be approved by CVRWQCB and the Environmental Health <br /> Department. (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act, Chapter 4, Article 4, Sections 13260- <br /> 13263) <br /> c. The applicant is to prepaFe a manure management plan outlining the handling of all bird j <br /> waste and incorporating vector control measures. A$978.00 plan check fee is requ'iredl'. <br /> at the time of submittal. (Porter-Cologne Water Quality Act, Chapter 4, Sections 13260_ <br /> 13263) !i <br /> d. The Environmental Health Department will require the installation of three monitoring 1j <br /> wells to be installed under permit and inspection. The wells will need to reflect at least <br /> one well up-gradient and two wells down-gradient of the underlying aquifer. Yearly ti <br /> monitoring for nitrate levels will be required, and the results are to be submitted to the 'I. <br /> Environmental Health Department. A review fee of$178.00 annually will need to be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department,per Board of Supervisors Resolution <br /> 11:Ai; r <br /> 4 <br />
