Veritas Avenue APN: 226-130-20 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood'Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Alice Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> Veritas Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of-50-feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer or Land Surveyor and shall include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Stockpile area shall delineate temporary stockpile boundaries"and slopes. (No excavation or stockpile <br /> shall be allowed within 12 feet of the property boundary). <br /> b. Public roads shall be kept free.from.mud, dirt and gravel resulting from excavation operations.
