Veritas,-Rd:, Manteca] ,.. <br /> Dear Ms:King: <br /> The excavation plan submitted for thesubject properly has been reviewed as it relates to the <br /> operation and maintenance of District facilities within the proposed excavation area. <br /> There are typically several items of concern to the District when excavations of this nature take place <br /> near District facilities. In an effort to help address some of these concerns, itis requested that, as <br /> condition of approval,the applicant be required to submit the excavation plan, showing all District <br /> casements, to the South San Joaquin Irrigation District's Board of Directors for theinapproval and <br /> signature. .;, l <br /> Furthermore, in order to comply with certain requirements which have generally been considered <br /> acceptable standards with regard to excavations,it is requested that the following notes be added to <br /> the excavation plans prior to submittal: <br /> -1. The landowner agrees not�to perform any excavation or grading within the S.S.J.I.D. <br /> easement or within 15 feet of the centerline of the pipeline, whichever is greater. <br /> 2.
