a CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS-01-29 Toor Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-01-29 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on September 6, 2001. The effective date of approval is September 16, 2001. Thistentative map approval will expire on September 15, 2004, which is three years from the effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been fled with and accepted by the County.Surveyor. Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: The certificate of compliance shall substantially conform with the approved tentative map dated July 25,2001. b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: (1) All parcels shall have a minimum lot area of 40 acres.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-610.2) 2.
