The Surface and Subsurface ContarninLaion Report has boon submitted to Environmental' <br /> Health Division. The repot at this time is incomplete. Prior to recordation of Parcel Map <br /> the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report shall be deemed acceptable to <br /> Environmental 11calth Division- <br /> /B.B. A soil suitathility study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San 3oaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the arca is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of$178.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewago disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joiquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E_P_A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel.
