Currently, the subject <br /> property is fallow agricultural land--almond orchards were recently removed from the property. <br /> Based on the information reviewed to prepare this report, no significant recognized <br /> environmental conditions were identified in connection with the subject property. <br /> 2.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> 2.1 Purpose <br /> Pursuant to authorization by Mr. Surjit Toor, Pacific Environmental Management, Inc. (PEM) <br /> has prepared this American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Phase I Environmental <br /> _ Site Assessment Report. The purpose of this ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is to <br /> identify, to the extent feasible pursuant to the process prescribed in the ASTM Standard Practice <br /> for Environmental Site Assessments (E 1527-00), recognized environmental conditions in <br /> _ connection with the subject property. This Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is also <br /> intended to permit the user to satisfy all appropriate inquiry into previous ownership and uses of <br /> the property consistent with good commercial or customary practice. 7 <br /> 2.2 Scope of Services i <br /> The scope of services for this environmental site assessment was limited to preparing this ASTM <br /> Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report in general accordance with the ASTM Standard <br /> Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (E <br /> 1527-00). The scope of services did not include non-scope considerations as identified in Section i <br /> 12.1.4 of the ASTM standard.
