The subject property <br /> includes dirtxoads, a small equipment staging area with two 504- allon_above_ground storage <br /> to s (unleaded gasoline and diesel) and a ger sal well. According to Mr. Toor, water from <br /> the on-site well is used only to wash equipment and is not used as a source of drinking water. <br /> Situated on the western property boundary is an irrigation booster pump for the Banta Carbona <br /> Irrigation District underground pipeline. The New Jerusalem Drainage District canal, which is an <br /> open faced canal, runs along the eastern property boundary. There are also under____grQund <br /> irrigation i e i and a on the subject property. PEM contacted <br /> PG&E by telephone on June 18, 2001 and was informed that the 16 inch diameter natural gas <br /> pipeline was installed in 1930 and that there were no records of releases from the pipeline at the <br /> subject property. A general site map constructed by PEM is shown on Figure 2. <br /> 1, <br /> Based on the site reconnaissance conducted by PEM and information provided in the <br /> environmental questionnaire (Appendix A) by Mr. Surjit Toor, property owner and key site <br /> manager, there is no source of potable water, no heating and cooling system, and no sewage <br /> disposal service currently provided to the subject property. <br /> 3.3 Reported Environmental Liens, Specialized Knowledjje,or Experience <br /> No environmental liens or known recognized environmental conditions in connection with the <br /> F subject property were reported to PEM by Mr. Surjit Toor. <br /> F, 3.4 Current Uses of the Property <br /> The subject property is currently fallow agricultural land. Almond orchards where recently <br /> removed from the subject property. There are no other current uses of the subject property. The <br /> proposed use of the subject property will remain the same as the current use. The subject <br /> property may be subdivided into three or four parcels in the future. No adverse environmental <br /> conditions were identified in connection with the current use of the subject property in the <br /> F sources reviewed by PEM during the preparation of this report. Color photographs of the subject <br /> property are included in Appendix B. <br /> P� <br /> 3.5 Past Uses of the Property <br /> The following is a brief general chronology of the past uses of the subject property based upon <br /> available information reviewed by PEM during the preparation of this report.
