A complete copy of <br /> available records is attached. No new noteworthy information is contained in the information <br /> provided. The previous suggestion made by PEM with regard to historical agricultural use <br /> remains valid. <br /> If the use of the subject property is going to change in the future from agriculture to <br /> commercial or residential, ensure that all regulations are followed with regard to potential <br /> agricultural chemical residues that may remain in the soil from historical applications. <br /> In addition, Mr. Rob Dal Farra, a California Environmental Protection Agency Registered <br /> Environmental Assessor, reviewed the above referenced Phase I Environmental Site Assessment <br /> and confirmed that the report, at the time of its preparation, was prepared in general accordance <br /> with the requirements for a site assessment report as specified by ASTM Standard Practice for <br /> Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process El 527-00. <br /> This completes the tasks for the above referenced project.
