If the Board's project <br /> description varies substantially from the project as understood by the Lead Agency, Board staff <br /> I, <br /> requests notification of any significant differences prior to approval of the project. <br /> Proiect Description <br /> San Joaquin County Community Department, acting as Lead Agency, has requested <br /> consultation of prospective Responsible Agencies in order to help identify and evaluate potential <br /> environmental impacts and/or other Responsible and Commenting Agency concerns that could <br /> occur with the approval of the proposed project. <br /> Musco Family Olive Company is proposing to establish a compost operation using green waste <br /> and organic agricultural byproducts located at 17950 W. Via Nicolo Road in Tracy. The project <br /> site is zoned AG-160 (General Agriculture, 160 acre-minimum.) <br /> Board Staff s Comments <br /> The project may require a Solid Waste Facilities Permit (SWFP).
