�`. kTj KLEINIFELDER <br /> 3.6 REPORTING <br /> Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the analytical results, a monitoring well <br /> installation and sampling report of findings for the each sampling event will be prepared for <br /> client and agency.review. Groundwater monitoring reports will be prepared on a quarterly basis <br /> in accordance with the M&RP. The report will include: <br /> • A description of field activities, observations, and protocols. <br /> • Field logs for each well documenting depth to groundwater, parameters measured before, <br /> during, and after purging, method of purging, calculation of the casing volume, and total <br /> volume of water purged. , <br /> • Boring.logs of the.soil borings advanced and monitoring well construction logs. <br /> • Calculation of groundwater elevations, and assessment of the groundwater flow direction <br /> and gradient on the date of the measurement. <br /> • A scaled map showing relevant structures and features of the facility, the locations of the <br /> monitoring wells, and groundwater contours referenced to mean sea level (msl) datum. <br /> • Results of the sample analysis with copies of certified analytical laboratory results with <br />! chain-of-custody documentation; <br /> • Description.and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory <br /> work; and <br /> An assessment of the results with conclusions and recommendations. <br /> Quarterly reporting is due on the first day of the second month after the quarter (i.e. the January <br /> to March monitoring period is due by May 1).
