The report should also <br /> propose changes to the facility's operation and maintenance plan (Provision G.2.e of the <br /> WDRs) to prevent such violations in the future. This report may be combined with the report <br /> required by the 21 November 2006 Notice of Violation. <br /> In addition, by 10 January 2007, Musco Family Olive Company and the Studley Company <br /> shall submit a Wastewater Treatment Facility Capacity Evaluation Report prepared by a <br /> registered civil engineer. The report shall also include a monthly water balance model for <br /> current conditions, including consideration of at least the following: <br /> 1. Wastewater pond ge6me-try. <br /> .2_ Biosalids_accu.mulation.in,.the-po.n.ds..,_, <br /> 3. A minimum of two feet of freeboard in each pond at all times. <br /> 4. Compliance with BOD and nitrogen loading limitations. <br /> 5. Historical local .evaporation data (monthly average values). <br /> Ik 6. Local precipitation data with the 100-year annual total distributed monthly in accordance <br /> with mean monthly precipitation patterns. <br /> 7. Project long-term percolation rates (including consideration of percolation from unlined <br /> ponds and the effects of solids plugging on all ponds). <br /> The report shall evaluate what facility and/or operational improvements are needed (if any), to <br /> ensure compliance with WDRs during the 100-year wet season.
