UP-99-16 C) <br /> Page 2 <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Submit a site plan or map plan to the Environmental Health Division showing sewage and <br /> well information that clearly delineates the proposed locations as required by ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code, Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> F. Applicant shall make application to the Environmental Health Division to operate a public <br /> water system as required under the California Safe Drinking Water Act. <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—911159 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> G. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Division. A <br /> registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements may be obtained from the Environmental Health Division. A $156.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> (ORD/MD) <br /> H. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services_ <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> I. If hazardous waste is generated, applicant must obtain an EPA identification number and <br /> comply with applicable regulations. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br />
