Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage on all five parcels. A permit for the <br /> percolation test is required from the Environmental Health <br /> Division, if the soil suitability study is favorable. <br /> 2 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development on all five parcels. <br /> 3 .
