MS-91-20 OF <br /> RANCHETTES UNLIMITED (DISTRICT 5) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors deny the appeal of the following <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> 4 (a) Relocate approximately 1, 350-feet of Chappel Pipeline <br /> with 36-inch reinforced concrete pipe meeting ASTM C361 <br /> and O. I . D. specifications. <br /> 4 (b) Relocate approximately 1, 130-feet of Chappel Pipeline <br /> with 30-inch reinforced concrete pipe meeting ASTM C361 <br /> and O. I .D. specifications. <br /> 4 (c) Relocate four structures on Chappel Pipeline to O. I . D. <br /> standards. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On October 29 , 1990 the Planning Division conditionally approved <br /> the subdivision of 67-acres into four 10-acre parcels and a 27-acre <br /> remainder. On November 2 , 1990 Charles Pringle, of Ranchettes <br /> Unlimited, appealed several of the Oakdale Irrigation District ' s <br /> conditions of approval. Those conditions would have required the <br /> applicant to relocate and upgrade irrigation distribution <br /> pipelines, install a new private distribution pipeline, and replace <br /> a bridge. <br /> The Planning Commission held a public hearing on the appeal on <br /> February 7 , 1991 . Charles Pringle spoke in favor and David Moore, <br /> of the Oakdale Irrigation District, spoke against the appeal . The <br /> Commission upheld the appeal of conditions which required the <br /> installation of private distribution pipelines and the Oakdale <br /> BOS LETTER PAGE NO. 1 <br />
