Victory Road, Oakdale <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum to the Surface Subsurface Contamination Report <br /> shall be submitted and approved by the Environmental Health Department. A review fee of <br /> $190.00 shall be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: <br /> A Soil Suitability Study dated June 1, 2006 has been approved. All septic systems shall be <br /> installed within a 100-foot radius of the passing percolation test locations. <br /> C. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
