'The owner shall.execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement t6Dedicate Road' <br /> tosesult iii a,twenty-five(25) <br /> foot wide•tight-of=waymfrorri the centerline of Thalheim Colony Tract.Road to the property line-across the <br /> frontage or Parcel 1,2,dnd 3. .(A$615.00 fee currently is required for processing.per Development Title <br /> Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and a legal description of the parcel to be offered for <br /> dedication.) All improvement plans and specifications shall include grading plan for each <br /> individual lot,-if applicable. These improvement plans and specifications are subject to plan check,field <br /> inspection fees and must be approved by the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> <,approval of the Parcel Map: <br /> (Development Title Section 9-240;Section'9-910, Section 9-1100 and R-92-814) <br /> 7.
