L LJune 1, 2006 NOA Project Number: E05148B 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History No septic repair permits were found for the Site during file review at EHD on January 15, 2006. / 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity LIn an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office reviewed L a 2002 aerial photograph of the subject property available from Microsoft Terraserver. We counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that each building cluster has one septic system. Using this method,we determined that there are a minimum o(40 Lseptic systems per square mile in the immediate vicinity of the Site. The general area consists of agriculture with a few residences. L3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity L The following septic system permits were found for the vicinity of the Site during file review at EHD on January 28,2005: Table 1. L3.7 Expected On-Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage Maximum expected usage on each proposed parcel would be for a primary residence and second / 4 dwelling unit.
