L
LJune 1,2006
NOA Project Number: E05148B
L6.7 Discussion of Percolation Test Results
The soils within the sewage disposal areas of the parcels have demonstrated a satisfactory
Lpercolation rate in accordance with the requirements of the EHD for the use of a standard septic
system.
L6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing
Septic System Construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal
LStandardr where applicable.
L 7.0 CONCLUSIONS
In summary, percolation rates that meet the minimum EHD standards were achieved in the
proposed septic disposal areas of the site. The parcels appear suitable for the use of a standard septic
L system.
LNo ground water was encountered in any of the borings drilled on the property. No well water
sample was taken because no wells exist on the property.
L 8.0 LIMITATIONS
L The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
L holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
