I approve of a gravel maintained road as long <br /> as the following two conditions are met. <br /> r : <br /> 1.) I strongly oppose access off of Henry Road. There is already too much traffic <br /> coming that way. I only approve of access off of Victory Road. , <br /> 2.) x <br /> If in the future I decide to subdivide my parcel on the Thaleim Colony Tract <br /> Road, I want the same requirement of a gravel road. Particularly since my <br /> recent subdivision application number PA-04-730 was required to pave <br /> Thaleim Colony Tract Road.
